Invoicing
Here at AfroZone Shipping, we understand that majority of our customers are working people, and because of that we are very proud to have affordable rates and flexible payment options.
At least 36 Hours before any shipment departs, we will send out an invoice, and require that you pay your full balance prior to your items leaving.

Your Items Have Left, What Next?
Once a shipment leaves either Abidjan or the United States, please allow at least 72 hours before your items will be available for pick-up. When your items are available we will reach out to as soon as possible to find the best way to get you your package.

Once we are able to send you your items, whether that be by drop-off, pickup, or by mail, we ask that you leave us a good review on our Google Profile!
